Using my very own temporary housing in Tampa from Avenida Suites was the best decision I could have possibly made while my floors were being redone at home. I never knew that this type of accommodation existed in Tampa FL, but now that I do, I will likely call them my home away from home while I continue to do various remodeling projects around my house.
With the price of homes going up and up recently, I have considered just how valuable my home might be in the future if I were to do some remodeling projects. I believe that with a few adjustments to the house, the value could increase quite significantly!
However, I felt caught between a rock and a hard place because I did not know where to go while these renovations were underway. I did not necessarily want to spend a fortune on hotel rooms that would ultimately eat into my profit, so I felt a little lost.
But then, I discovered Avenida Suites and their wonderful temporary housing in Tampa! This accommodation truly checked all of the boxes for what I needed in order to feel comfortable and right at home while the work was being done on my house.
The tricky part about Tampa FL can be proximity to amenities and work. That is why the temporary housing in Tampa was particularly amazing because I was able to go to my job and even shop at my regular grocery store.
All of the pressure of living out of my home suddenly evaporated and I felt comfortable immediately, which was a major weight lifted off my shoulders and something that I was quite anxious and nervous about leading up to this experience. While the kitchen was being remodeled and the floors redone, I was totally at ease.
I plan on redoing the bathroom and perhaps might do some landscaping around the house with a couple of new windows as well, so I already have those dates in mind for when I will be booking with Avenida Suites again.
I truly cannot believe how lucky I am to have the support of Avenida Suites and access to their wonderful temporary housing in Tampa while I am remodeling various aspects of my house in Tampa FL. I look forward to having these renovations completed and enjoying my space before hopefully turning a profit and selling the house in the future.
