Producing dog grooming products has been quite an interesting experience, and I did not believe that it would be quite this interesting when I first started out a few years ago. However, now that things have gotten bigger, I have actually needed to explore and expand through merger and acquisition so I have taken it upon myself to travel to Montreal Quebec Canada to visit some potential new acquisitions and partner with Gesthab for their furnished suites in Montreal for my housing during the process.
Mergers and acquisitions are not something that I would say I have a ton of experience in doing, but because I understand people do this all the time in the business world, I figured it would be worth exploring now that my business has gotten larger and has the potential for continued growth. I am very much against the traditional acquisition conception being that of a hostile takeover. I do not want this process to reflect poorly on my business nor create any harm for anyone who is involved.

The process for not only vetting and meeting with these potential partners but also the research involved with scrutinizing their operating plans can be exhausting. At the end of a long day, I am so glad that I have such a comfortable home away from home.
