This is so significant because the company CEO has repeatedly applauded those who work harder and work overtime, but has actually been fostering a culture of angst and poor results.
Taking these findings back to my managers, I hope to see some real change in the company. And having my furnished apartment in Panama City FL to return to at night was imperative to my progress because it afforded me a quiet space to rest and relax from tumultuous days of research.
