I was a painter looking for corporate housing in Northern Kentucky this upcoming month. I was living in the same location for a while now. But the owners are selling the house I am renting because the market is super high. I can’t blame them at all. It has been a great run and living in this house has been a blessing. It is now time for something new.
I had been searching for a while when I found out they were selling their house. That’s when I stumbled upon Valley View Furnished Condos. They had a ton of listings in Northern Kentucky. I was excited to find a place so quickly.
This past, it has taken me a long time to find living accommodation in that short of a time. Usually when I tell the landlord my occupation, they turn me down pretty fast. I am a painter that hosts a lot of art classes out my house or location I’m staying at. I love having the opportunity to create art with all of my clients and we have a fun time in doing so.
This is usually a turn off for the landlord, as it is too much of a liability with all of the paint and classes I have. I totally understand from their standpoint that it can be a skeptical job that I’m running.
However, to my credit, I will say, I’ve never spilled any paint on the walls or floors. I take this with the upmost precaution and we have measures in place so this doesn’t happen.

I moved in and got right to work as soon as I could. Having many of my clients over, we painted anything from abstract arts, to recreating some of the best paintings to date.
